Purchased this older 8', 13 disc/drop Massey Ferguson Multiflow grain drill and don't know which model it is. I need to order a couple of bushings for the discs, also would like to get a manual. Any help with ID and where to order parts would be most appreciated!

I know this an older model but didn't think it was a model that would be so hard to identify. If it helps any, the word "MASSEY FERGUSON" was stickered across the back, the initials "MF" on the side box, and "Multiflow" on the front left side seed box. I've been on line looking for pics and found a few that were very similar but no model info was given other than "older". Any suggestions on where else to look? Thanks.

Thanks flusher. It does has some of the features as mine. Wish the discs were the same however, since I need some bushings.

That looks like a great find as long as the bushings etc. don't cost you $200 a piece. Might we ask? / private sale or auction or dealer and how much $ brought it home?

I found it locally on Craig's list. Had to drive 3 hrs. to get it and load on my trailer but thought it was well worth it for the negotiated price of $800. Have been looking at CL for a long time and based on what drill prices were, I felt like I did well. It works as is but it definitely could use those bushings.

Have several things in mind from grain sorghum, millets, to wheat. Have an impoundment and dove field that will be getting an assortment of seed. Getting anxious to get started.

Same here only I still have snow on the ground and haven't found a Craig's list winner yet. I'll most likely plant oats and clover then soy beans and tillage turnips with some soy beans and rye mixed in after I plow down the clover and oats. Just an acre or two so I can hand seed it broadcast and harrow or drag it to cover.
What you have would save a lot of seed and money compared to my broadcasting.

I've been broadcasting too and yes, it's a little expensive and time consuming doing about 15 acres. Won't have to drill that much this year as I should have a good crop of moist soil vegetation in half of it. Already getting some germination now. Wow, hard to believe you guys still have some snow on the ground!
