Need help deciding on an Ebay purchase ASAP

Ok I've already bought one Kubota this week for the farm. I'm thinking about getting something smaller for my house to clear the driveway, haul a small wagon for firewood and to cut the lawn. About an acre. What would be a good deal on this tractor? With 800 hours on the moto, can I expect many more years of service. The tractor is local so I can go look at it, but I'm not sure exactly what to look for.

I was a bit worried I'd drive up the bidding! We'll see, I'm going to look at it tomorrow.

Start it cold and run it till it's up to operating temps.
I got screwed on an older Massey once. Started good and ran well... till it was up to temp then the oil thinned enough in the worn out bearings and oil pump that the oil pressure was a nudge above 0.

Hey, I can relate to that malady! Had my 1026R delivered ar the beginning of gardening season with FEL and tiller .. used my wife's need to have the garden tilled and expanded as justification.

Just got it back from the dealer on Friday with a backhoe installed.

Had another bout of the illness and ordered another one with a blower, deck, cab, and looking at an MCS.

The cure is tending to be a little on the expensive side, but **** ... I'm lovin' it!
