OK, so I think that I have the choice narrowed down to a NH TC24DA or a JD 2210. Any help would be greatly appreciated. /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif
rpjrocker,
Those sound like pretty different tractors, but if either would do the job, I'd go with the brand that has the best dealer support in your area.
I believe the NH 24 has higher ground clearance, which may be important if you will be using it in uncleared land.
Yes, I think the JD 4110 or 4115 is more comaparable to the NH tc24da.
In any case, go to the dealers and talk to them, and sit on the tractors.
Then come back and ask.
I found the JD tractors just fit me much better. Others find the NH or another brand fit better. Sometimes it comes down to which dealer you trust the most or which you find the most competent.
Do a walk-a-bout of the dealers within an hour range. That will tell you a lot.
You also need to figure out what you are going to do with the tractor before the local experts can help you figure out what size tractor you will need.
