Sounds good if the tractor is in nice shape.

Sounds like a great deal for a tractor and a backhoe.

I would say that is a great deal if it all checks out good. In my area it would be a good price even without the trailer.

BH will be another $5000 to $8000.

*With the BH the price is $16500 to $19500.

I don't believe there was a back hoe mentioned in the original post. $11.500 is a good price in my area even without the BH or the trailer.

Yup. I had really wanted a 16' trailer. Unfortunately I live on a small suburban court. And my prime mover is a Ford E350 Maxivan, 20' long. With an overall length of trailer at 24' it's just to big to turn around. So I put a hitch on the tractor and it works ok.

Now I need the backhoe, eventually a grapple, bushhog, bigger tractor.

And some land to work that baby. Very nice tractor and deal - looks like it's in excellent condition. Congratulations.

I've only got about 1 acre, in Virginia, 75 acres in Vermont, and 300+ in Mississippi, so the land part is taken care of.
