Looking for a used Bush Hog QT Bale spear. Preferably in Ok. This is to fit a QT Bush Hog front loader.

Thanks, but I am looking for a cheaper used one as I only need to move about i bale every 2-3 weeks from the neighbors barn across from my pasture about 1/4 mile. So far he delivers it to me at no charge but now that I have my own tractor I hate to have him continue delivering as it makes me feel guilty.

Cheapest method is just weld a 39" tine receiver on top of your bucket for the smaller round bales. Put the tine on hand tight when you need it and then take it off. I imagine to lift a big square bale or the 6x6 rounds you might need to reinforce the bucket.
I bought a new SSQA 39" single tine fork for $250 from a guy who bought a truck load of attachments from the U.S. I have accidently lifted the front of the tractor off the ground on the tip so its plenty strong.

That sounds like a good option and I will look into it. Thanks I,ve also decided to purchase a 3-point spear made by prefert which will work fine as long as the bale is sitting on the ground where I can get to it.

I have prefert 3 point bale fork and a FEL bale spear...handy to use 3 point as rear weight ...thus carry 2 bales at once. Always load rear bale first and drop it last.

Ideal would to have a SSQA combination pallet fork and optional bale spear....wish I had been aware enough to get this instead of the FEL bale spear...

You just got a tractor... You will soon relize forks are one of the most useful attachments (assuming you have a loader). I would consider the forks that I posted in my first post.... You can add on the spear for a few more $$

Hey Jordan you trust the one in picture to move loaded GN around the pasture? Looking for something just like but would like to be able to pull loaded 32ft GN of hay with it also...

That really depends on the pin weight of your GN and if you are comfortable pulling it with your tractor. You should check the 3PH weight rating on your tractor to ensure it can handle the load. I believe the actual product to be very stout. I only use mine to move around empty, or lightly loaded trailers usually. That hay can start to add up quick...

Hi All

I got the above rig and I love it. It is very well built I have use the pallet forks a lot and I can stack 800 pound round bales in my barn no problem.
