need advice quick please !

unfortunately i need to sell my 2013 kubota bx 1860 only 115 hrs been garaged since the day i bought it . 50 service done with all kubota fluids and filters . comes with 54 " mmm, front quick hitch, hydraulic plow , ballast box, and rear tire chains . were moving to a mobile home park and i don't have any need for it nor do i have room to store it. The big question is how much should i settle for price wise out the door when i bought it with everything it was 12700 i know I'm going to take a loss but i don't want to get raped either . thank you

Call the dealer you bought it from and ask him for some help on pricing it. Before I purchased a new "F" mower I was looking at used ones, when I found one I would ask my local dealer what is would be worth, he was real helpful. I have bought several kubota's off of him so that might of helped also.

If you price new models comparably equipped, you may find that inflation has risen enough that you can sell your used tractor for what you paid for it.

check tractorhouse for listings of comparable models. Subtract about 10-15% for "market" value of your machine.

No FEL will make it harder to sell. Dealers​ can give you wholesale and retail avg prices for used equipment, or as suggested, peruse Tractor House for prices on comparable models. Good luck.
