Need a tractor with a cab and a/c as top priority

I only have a couple of acres, but I need to do a LOT of fencing, landscaping, trail, driveway and site prep. I definitely need a FEL, HST, box blade, post hole digger, and shredder. I'd like a backhoe, but I really doubt I can fit one in the budget.

I am currently zeroed on the Kioti 35SE, that I could buy with FEL, Howse shredder and box blade for $26K cash (28.5 for 72 mos 0%) That is in my budget and I could even go a few thousand more, if I found a better fit for my needs.

I like the extra width of the newer SE cab, as I am a big guy and it feels more comfortable than the earlier cabs.

I am open to any brand in my price range.

25-35 HP would probably suffice, but have not yet found one of those with a cab and a/c.

Any thoughts on the Kioti or other brands I should consider would really be appreciated. There are so many brands and models, I am having trouble sorting thru everything.

Looks like NH has a 3040 cab model with HST and 33hp at the pto. And JD has a cab model 3520 with HST and 30hp at the pto.

I think the JD would be close to your money range and would guess that the NH would be even a bit closer.

I have not compared the frame and cab dimensions of the two machines in detail - but, I think that the NH might be a bit roomier.

Best to sit in one; and look-see yurself...

Thanks AK, I will check those out. I would have thought they'd be around $5K more than the Kioti.

I also noticed at TYM priced about $5-6K less (and more HP). ANyone have thoughts on the the comparable build quality of Kioti vs. JD vs. NH vs. TYM?

I can't speak from experience regarding the discount range from MSRP that the NH dealer's are willing to work with --

But, many JD dealer's will work pretty hard to get in the 20% range (especially right now..)!! And depending on circumstances (a model on the lot) you could find something that fits your needs for a few points north of 20.

Kioti looks to be the real deal - quality wise. Don't know if I'd say the same about TYM.. but I haven't looked at one of their machines since I was in Washington state nearly 3 years ago - so, take that with a grain of salt.

the kioti dk35 with cab is nice, its roomy even for big guys, it comes with shuttle or hydrostatic trans, and i can garrantee they are a lot cheaper that the other brands plus have a 4 year warrantee.

I appreciate the feedback. If someone held a gun to my head today and forced me to choose, I'd go the DK35. So I guess that is my baseline to compare the others.

I just called the Kubota dealer and he will have me quotes on the B3030 and the L3240 with cab, FEL, box blade, shredder and post hole digger.

I can never get anyone at the TYM dealership and that really scares me. I really like their product, but their dealer network in Texas looks like it may be a little shaky. Also, they do not have anything over 30 HP with a hydro and cab, so I would be compromising on what I really want.

I'll call the other recommended distributors this afternoon, Except for the New Holland. I am not really liking some things about that brand in my superficial first look.
