Price Check Need a price on a used L2900

I recently found a tractor that will suit my needs but I have no idea what I should be looking at pricewise. It's a 99 L2900 4WD with 500 hrs on it. It looks brand new. Has a FEL and ROPS with a new Top. Turf tires are in very good condition. Comes with these extras: box blade, brush hog, rake, post hold digger w/ new 6" bit as well as a trailer (which comes in handy for hauling hay). Any ideas as to what would be a fair price? Thank-you!

It would be very tough to say what that tractor and implements are worth without knowing what brand the implements are; heavy duty, light, medium? etc. And how big is the trailer, single axle or two, brakes or not, ramps? The tractor should just be broken in with that many hours. Unfortunately, even with the answers to all the questions above, I personally wouldn't know what a "fair" price would be, except it's probably worth whatever you're willing to pay for it./w3tcompact/icons/wink.gif

I traded a 1996 L2900 GST 400hrs. w/ FEL and
6' woods RFM in on my 35D and got $12,000
on trade but also got good price on the 35D.
Dealer sold my L2900 the next day.
So given mid priced equipment and trailer
somewhere in 13,000 - 16,000 range.
Namebrand equipment and trailer size and single
or tandem axles would put in higher part of range.

Have a look at www.machinerylink.com. There isn't a listing for the unit you are looking at but there is a listing for a '98 L2900DT 4WD at between $11K to $12.5K.

Ponygirl, I'd say w/all of the attachments and trailer I'd offer around 14 to 15k but no more. Either way, it is a great tractor, I had one.
