Need a new LOADER for my yanmar tractor

Well i bent my loader on my tractor i took it back to the dealership to have it looked at i dident think i bent it that bad but they want to replace the whole loader which is gonna cost me $1390 thats with labor.

My question is do any of yall know where i can get a new loader for cheaper I have a yanmar 4300 with a V3 loader kinda like to put the same kind back on there but if you know a better one for cheaper please let me know.

I believe I would check with someone else. At that Quote what didn't you Tear up If it's better to replace it check out the Koyker's.

Well i bent the frame on it right above the bucket tilt cylinder on the right side and blew the loader up down cylinders out.

Its bent enough to when i lower my bucket all the way down to the ground flat i have 3-4 inches lower on the right side it never sits level when flat on the ground

Carey, i think that quote includes the loader and labor, that seems prety cheap to me.

$1390 for a loader installed is as cheap as you will find. Is that their price for anyone or your price since you are a customer. For that I would throw a V2 on my yanmar.

You might also see if spending $1400 at your local welding-shop, strengthening the present loader, would be a better buy.

It seems to me that someone who builds trailers could beef up that loader so it meets your expectations. Then it would be less likely to break again compared to a replacement.

Yea i think this is what they go for, call rhineheart and see what their bulldogs cost. This is really the first complaint about someone tearing one up i think we have heard.

To the OP, what were you doing to tear it up like that, lifting 3000lb rocks? using it like a bulldozer going full speed into dirt piles?

If it is not to nosey, could I ask how in the world did you bend it and blow out cylinders? I also wonder if that is actual price of a new loader or just your dealers adjusted price because of failure? The "Coldwater" loaders start at about $1800 and they are about the least expensive I am aware of.

You sure wont be able to buy a Koyker for anywhere near $1400 for that tractor. You would need at least a 160 they are well over twice that probably 3 times, so @ that price its a deal imho.

Northern Tool has Koyker branded loaders these days and a 160 is $3500 then a mounting kit would probably be extra I can only guess fwtw.

I was doing a drive way and the rock/dirt pile was kinda hard do to sitting a few months so i was pushing it kinda hard on the corners cuz that was the only way it would dig/loosen it up and their was a big rock on there i think i ended up jamming that into the ground causing it 2 bend the right side.

I have 2 tractors i have a yanmar 4300^ and a massy super 90 i use the yanmar for drive ways and mowing only and i use the super 90 for all the heavy work the dealer swore up and down i ran into something but 13k i baby this tractor other then dropping the land rake off the trailer causing it 2 ding the hood

OH and the blowing the cylinders out was cause of to much air in the lines and ended up causing to much pressure in the lines causing the seals to blow out i couldn't get all the air out no matter what I tried.

But on the price im not 100% sure on it but i think the price is just for tractor buyers om gonna see if he will go less if i get to keep my old bucket I hope i can i lost my job and cant spend this kind of money
