This is what make the job so easy with plowing. My TC30 with a cab and plow. It also has a electric heater inside to keep me warm. The best part is I'm out of the wind, snow and cold. I just finished plowing 4 driveways that had abount 10 inches if snow. I live jusr south of Cleveland, OH

Electric heater? Is this part of the cab assembly or an added aftermarket heater. Any pics?

Chances are those tires will be better than most others on a slick surface.:D :D

I plowed snow for seven years with turf tires and they worked well. I wasn't able to plow up the driveway, not enough traction and chains would have been a big help. I did brush hogging with those tires (Bridgestone) and cut lots of multiflura rose and never had a flat on the rears. They have more tread than most people realize.

HOW DEEP IS THE SNOW UP THERE?

We got about six inches of heavy wet snow here in the "snow belt" of central Pa.

15 inches of dry and hard granular stuff about 75 miles south of Cleveland. They got less up by the lake for a change. We saw sleet for about an hour last night, but that didn't make enough crust to stop it from drifting this morning.

I too plow with turf tires. Works fine, execpt if I try to turn in the same direction as the blade is angled (with a full load in blade) tractor wants to go straight. Front tires start to spin and I lose traction and steering. I straighten the blade or take smaller bites.

I got one very similar to the one linked below. I put in a seperate fuse subpanel for the heater, work lights, fasse valve. Mounted the heater on the right upright in my Curtis S/S cab. This way I can tilt it towards the windshield to knock off the fog, or towards me to warm up. Works awsome!!!

Instead of using el heater bought a golf card type heater from Cabela's 3000 btu made a bracket to mount over in the far right had cover just at windshield height for the heater part .I have used 3 tanks of fuel so far this year but like you said
out of the wind , snow ,rain or what ever. plus plowing in -10 ---to 25-30 above in sweatshirt and no gloves
