Well its going on three weeks , i called the Place that Nortern sent to pick up the tractor to have it fixed , the guy seed they did not even look at it yet , seed the guy that works for him is in the Hosptial, and didnt know when they would get to look at it , THat SUCKS , i Just wonder if i should just call Northen and have them send my Money Back or a Tractor that works , At this rate i may not see tthe tractor till winter , And that if i am Lucky. /forums/images/graemlins/mad.gif

I would ask for money back and find another dealer. The beutiful thing about these tractors is most any mechanic familiar with tractors can fix anything. Sure there are tricks to make things easier, but everything is straight forward.
The more large companies that try to sell these tractors, the more I get worried. They simply don't understand the product they are selling and it's giving the product a bad name. No loss for them, they will find something else to fill the gap. But for the rest of us, it stings.

I think if you contact Northern they will make it right,it's not your fault that the tractor repair shop cannot get to it for repair.Tell them to send you another tractor or your money back,or get the one you bought fixed and back to you ASAP,

It might be better to keep all the posts in one thread. A reader would get the whole picture by reading just one thread. Having update comments in seperate threads, will make it near impossible for a reader to find them. And thats assuming they know to look.

Ask for another tractor with the loader that they promised in the first place. Ask for the repair money you laid out on this one too. I think they owe it all to ya!
Well its going on 6 weeks and i get one story from Northern and one from the guy that has the tractor to fix it , northern seed the guy still dont know whats wrong with it , and the guy that has the tractor seed he is waiteing for parts In would not Buy one of the tractors from any one , There JUNK ,3 or 4 Hr on it , and the clutch goes bad , and the loader stops working better to pay more and get one like a Kabota or new Holland, if your looking at one of the nortracks of farm pro , run as fast as you can befor you get took, Well its like they say you get what you pay for . i sold my 1949 case and got this junk , i should have not sold the 50 year old case , now i am with out a tractor . /forums/images/graemlins/mad.gif
Just got a E-Mail From Northen , He seed they sent out the Parts , That were to be Shiped to the guy thats fixing the tractor , he seed some one didnt send them out , he Seed i will get the tractor back First part of next Week , ILL SEE /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

I like the southern draw but "seed"? try said. ("He said") I don't want to discourage you or be rude. I still think you should insist on getting the model of tractor and loader that you paid for.
you must be thinking i am someone alse, i got the tractor i was to get , just had clutch and loader didnt work right . thats what i seed , Hee Hee and i am sticking to it . /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
