My New BX 25 is to be delivered tomorrow.

Barlows are supposed to deliver my new BX25 tomorrow optioned out with a hook on top of the bucket in the center. Was going to add A/C but without a Cab I felt it wouldn't be worth it. So, just the hook. They will pick up the 33.5 Hours B3200 FEL plus 12" Auger PHD, 6' Landpride RFM and a Landscape rake. Good bye to the B's in my life and now it's just the BX's and the F. But a Back Hoe is coming in which will be something new for me to use. I keep looking out my windows trying to think of things I can do with a backhoe that I haven't been able to do up to now.
PS I'm hoping I've left behind the one bad front rim/tire with this BX trade that followed me with the last 2 BX's.

Are Barlows welding it on for you? I have heard of some dealers not doing this for liabilities sake.

Barlows is and has welded it on for me and Bxpanded wants money for doing it which is not as good as Barlows deal.

Hope you have a lot of fun with the new BX, I know that I have a lot of it with mine and it's an old BX1830. I had my dealer weld the hook on my bucket right in the center but with one difference and that is it's like reciever mount like on trucks. I would send a picture but my camera doesn't work at the best of times so I will leave it to anyones imagination.
I had a neighbour fab up tow hook for it and this year he's got some other ideas for me so I will patiently wait for him to get in touch with me in the spring.
Have a lot of fun with that new tractor, I know you will

That's interesting that you say this. My niece was living in Kansas when her husband retired from the Marines. She was determined to come back to Ky and not only that she wanted her Uncles view of hills. Now you know those of us blessed so greatly by God for being able to live here pray for you misfortunate people in those flat states, don't you? Here is a picture (behind the tractor) that shows her house a bit lower down the hill from mine but as close as she could get. It took him a year looking for an acceptable place for her before they found this and built their home. She had to stay another year while their home sold there. Her husband Kevin bought a BX2360 last year and has put about 3 times as many hours on his as I have mine in the same time. We do feel for you flatlanders!!!
