He cut a tree on his property and it fell on my house, and I approached him today about it and he went ballistic big time and denied the whole thing ??
I told him to call the cops on me again, he chose to go to his but kissing friends across the street and tell them all about it? Can this person be this stupid,dumb and anything we can think about, he even goes as far as accusing me for it??
I have damaged shingles and a scratched porch, which I am not worried about it much but his attitude was NO NO
Him denying it is the part that gets me

Did you see the tree on your house? Have you taken pictures of the damage and did you get estimates for the cost of repairs?

I'd take pictures and get estimates, take pictures of the stump and measure the distance from the stump to your damage. Measure the diameter of the stump and the kind of tree it was. You should be able to estimate the hight of the tree if you know the species and stump diameter.

Get all your facts and then go down to the local municipal building and take him to small claims court. If Florida is like most states, He will have to defend himself in small claims, It will just be him against you.

and my neighbor did not do much damage at all, my edge of my shingles are jut scraped some and some dents on my porch but when I asked him about it? He got totally STUPID with the what are you talking about stuff?
If he would have said something like, yes, it did hit your house, is there any damage? I would have liked that much better
BUT the ^%$# totally denied the whole thing and started to chew me out for it??
He needs to go back to his apartments and leave owning a home to someone else
