My Miller Welding Machine Has Been Working Overtime!

Hello All,
I haven't posted in a long time but I do come here alot and read.

I love this place!

I have 3 project I've done lately and thought I'd share seeing that I got the idea for one of them from here.


First I've been needing a set of Harrows and you all know how hard it is to find a used set (seems like people don't get rid of them).
A new set is expensive and for as much as I will use them I didn't want to shell out a $1000.

I found this 5' set for $200.

This set when I got them was on an angle iron frame and had a few bad spools.

I got hold of some 2"X2" square tube and built a new frame for it.
Just before I welded it together I found some 2"X2" solid square stock that fit inside the 2"X2" tube so I put it in for extra weight.

I got the new spools and caps from Agri Supply for fairly cheep.

Next project.

I picked up a set of forks for $100 off craigslist.

Built a frame for them.

The frame is for a Johndeere 522 loader.


Last project.

Subsoiler / root ripper

Someone here built one like this and I though it was a great idea so I built one with a few changes.

Yep, some pretty work and some handy and useful attachments for less money than buying new.

I always like to see guys make their own stuff.
You showed your super nice projects but no photos of the welder you used. What kind of Miller is it? I have an old Miller 330 APB. Anyway, those are all very handy additions.
