Kubota L3700SU & BX1860
Having had my Dk40 for several weeks now I am finding it is putting a serious strain on my relationship with my little BX1860. I have a couple of small implements that the BX is the perfect size for (like a homemade arena drag) and the DK is obvious overkill. However the 3 point on the DK has spoiled me rotten with its telescoping arms and sway controls along with the rear mount height control. I was swearing at the lil BX last night for things that are not its fault. Can anybody recommend a good tractor counselor to help our relationship :)

I still have alot of use for a tiny tractor because our barn and arena are tight fits, however I know Kioti had some new subcompacts coming....:)

You have the best of both worlds. The BX for the tight and lighter work and the DK for the bigger and heavier jobs. If we could all be so lucky to have two toys to play with. Some of us just have one that will fit most of our needs and make it work for the others. Be nice to both of them and I'm sure they'll each do what you need. Not a counselor but I think it sounds good. :) Nice to see you're happy with the DK.

When the B starts looking blue,
here's what this 'Bota team do:
Hitch the chipper to the L and the trailer to the B.
Blow the chips right into the trailer, see?
Happy, happy family; everyone busy as a bee!

I think if I replace her old turnbuckles with some new sliding stabilizers we will make it through!

Strap the BX into the Kioti bucket and carry it around for a while. It will feel better and not worry about being displaced. You'll also be able to keep an eye on it, talk to it and occasionally there may be a task where it would do a better job so you can just unload from the Kioti mothership and do the job. Win Win. Even the colors match!

The telescoping links and stabilizers and the 3pt control on the back are kind of habit forming aren't they? I was getting along pretty well with the Carter"s on my L3400, but I don't need them any more with the Kioti setup. I remember my old B7500, at that time I had no idea of Pat's easy change or Carter's quick hitch. So I cussed and kicked and pryed, and hated changing rear implements every time I did it, and tried very hard to not do it. What a PITA.
