Congratulations! A lot can happen between the contract and the closing, but it's a 1st step in the right direction. My wife just sold a 22 ac place with a double-wide and barn. It was a bit of a hassle because the land is worth more than the house. I don't expect you'll have a problem because it looks like you've gone out of your way to make that house very nice. Good luck!
