My 3pt lever seems to have become real stiff in the last day or so wondering if anybody has any idea what could cause it. Looked for bent linkage or something but it attaches directly to a shaft that goes straight into the transmission so there is nothing to check it's almost gotta be internal.

Squirt some lube where it goes through the housing won't hurt to try.

Funny I'm actually walking to the shop now to grab a can of Teflon lube as I read this. Took a short lunch posted this then when I jumped back on it was back to normal, after a few mins of operating it had gotten stiff again.

Follow the linkage and lube every connection

Nothing to add but follwing. I know you don't have a loader yet but do you have rear remotes? Best thought I have is to open the hyd fill cap to check for back pressure?

Seems the lube did the trick, looks to be some type of friction washer setup I may entertain trying to take it apart and clean it if it acts up again.

I had the same issue with my old L3430 HST. It seemed to get worse as the tractor warmed up. After hitting it with Kroil and lubing it a few times, the problem got better but never completely went away. I traded the L3430 for a MX5800 HST this past spring and now I'm starting to see the same problem with the MX. If it gets worse, I'll let the dealer worry about it.
