Muffler heat shield rattle on new B2x20

Hi Folks, bought a B2920 this spring, once the tractor is warmed up, the muffler heat shield begins to rattle. Anyone else experience this and if so what was the solution?

It's either broke or the mounting bolt is loose or not adjusted correctly.
