They're all over the Houston area -- propagated by developers who want a fast growing, cheap tree for the sub-divisions they first bulldoze to death then replant so they have "green" - makes sales go up. In the meantime they go wild anywhere that isn't maintained. We're beginning to get "K" here & there .. all we can do is keep it knocked back - haven't even been able to dig it out permanently.
