my wife just bought a pair of muck boots (the shoe style) and she paid around $70. that is a lot of $$ but if they are anything like the pair i had years back, they should last a few years. she bought them at tractor supply.

I like them. I usually wear lace up work boots every day. When I take them off for the day my Mucks are what I wear for short trips outside. They are good for wet grass, mud, snow or wat ever. Just choose where you go because they are only about as tall as tennis shoes. I also have a pair of the tall insulated slip on's. They are good for standing around at winter time auctions, mud and cow poop.

Bought myself a pair to use in wet or snowy weather. What I like best is that I can put them on and take them off without bending over. Did I mention that I am retired?

Twelves too tight and the thirteens I bought a little loose but I can wear them nearly all day with no discomfort. Mine come up well over my ankles.

So far I am pleased with my purchase.

I have the Wetlands (green w/ orange inside) Muck Boots .... short tennis shoe height $70, tall half-way-to-your-knees $95.

I get about two years out of a pair before I rip a hole in them. First thing I do with a new pair is put a pair of Dr. Scholls insoles in them, don't even take the other ones out. It feels like you're walking on clouds!

They are made in china right? I'll stick to my American made wellies and LL Bean boots for wet/muddy conditions.
