Looks like some decent features. Mercedes powered, No pollution crap, No computers, a back to basics tractor that the owner can actually work on and completely own as opposed to JD and others as they own the "technology" within and therefore are guaranteed the repairs and the bills that go with it. I think that a lot of the older farmers that haven't joined the "technology bandwagon" will appreciate these old school tractors and about 100K cheaper than green., The older Belarus tractors that entered the NA market in the 70's had some fit and finish problems they were pretty stark,, rough castings, etc. but very simple and almost bulletproof. I had a little 2 cylinder aircooled about 25 hp model and I was pulling an old 10 foot JD double disc buried to the hilt and the soil was going over the gangs and that little tractor just kept on pulling, I was amazed. I eventually sold it as I moved to the city and the fellow I sold it to kept it for about 18 years. I ran into him and asked him if he would sell it back to me but unfortunately he had just sold it to someone else. He said he never had a seconds problem with it the whole time . These machines are built in a Communist country, and used on a lot of collective farms, that means everyone runs them,,,,whether they are good with machines or not,,, they get the crap kicked out of them and are built accordingly. Also the kirovets are adapted to many different roles over there, from logging to road maintainence to oilfield transport.
I can see a small niche being filled, but it depends mainly on their marketing endeavours.....there will some skeptics, as there always are.
