MTE2000d Hydraulics

I am needing to connect the 12MM( as best as I can measure) hard line on my tractor to 1/2" NTP hose. Anyone know where to get two fittings ( preferably compression) that will allow me to plumb my FEL? I tried using 1/2" compression fittings from Discount Hydraulics but the small difference in the hard line (12MM= .47") blows off under high pressures. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
