MTD Fast attach electric sleeve hitch for Cub 3235

Does anyone know if the MTD Fast Attach electric sleeve hitch will fit the Cub Cadet 3235? If so, besides the wiring are there additional holes that need to be drilled or anything like that or is it a simple bolt on installation?

Or is there a better alternative to this? Sam's club is selling it for just under $600.00.

Mike I'm pretty sure the hitch plates are standard across the board. That is a good price for a new power sleeve hitch! Sams is really good (no questions asked) for returns. If she doen't fit the way you want, just take it back.
