MT372 3 point hitch kit

I bought a MT372 with a Haban belly mower. The bearing was bad on the drive shaft on the front of the engine and the shaft was removed. They misplaced the shaft so now I can't use the belly mower. It doesn't have a 3 point hitch on it. Does anyone know where I might get a shaft and also a 3 point hitch kit? Will the 3 point hitch from any other tractor fit it? Thank you
