Price Check Mt18d price?

My neighbor has a MT18d he wants to sell. He said he would get me a price, but what would be a good price for this machine. I have no idea of the year. I do know it runs , but looks to be in rough shape. Its always been left outside, but still manages to bush hog a few acres each month. I know this isn't a lot of information, but all I have. So if you could just put me in the ballpark with prices.

(old tires, front axle dripping) and an included 1.20m rotary tiller.
i paid about $5800.
