Well gentlemen, some of you have been very kind over the last few weeks to answer all my questions that I have put out up on this forum about the LS MT125. I did order it on November 3rd and it was delivered last night. I was beyond excited to get this tractor as it's cost me sleep being I was so anxious. :dance1:
Well I got it yesterday and low and behold last night I lost sleep again as I wanted to be out in the shop cleaning and wiping down my new machine and just looking it over. As you can see in the pictures I haven't even scratched the buckets yet but I got it and can't wait till after Thanksgiving to start playing with it. :cool2:

There have been some great posts here too about the three point hitch mods and once I get the backhoe off I'll see if my idea will work and maybe be simpler yet. I'll post pictures of course.

But here are a couple of pictures of MY new machine.

Thank you gentlemen for all your support. Yes indeed "she" has the new tractor smell too. I'm thrilled beyond expression and it's a beautiful machine. I crawled all over and under it today and as rider7767 has pointed out it's extremely well built and a lot of heavy steel under it too. Steel floor, fenders and hood. When I was looking at the green machine I noted the plastic. Plus I have to make a plug for Bruno's Motorsports that sold me this tractor, they could not have been nicer. The small parts kit for the three point hitch didn't get loaded with the tractor. When I called and asked about it there were huge appologies even though I assured them I was in no rush. The sent it the small parts kit out today. This is going to be lots of fun and I'll look like a serious homeowner now running around my 1/2 acre. Thank you again Gentlemen!!

Yes it's a '54 Chevy Tow Truck that my father bought brand new. I had to laugh about the guess on the Avanti. No it's a far less of a car but a fully restored stock 85 Chevette. Yea, everyone goes "very nice, buy why?" but the car had lots of history for me and I just did it. What you didn't see in the picture are the other show cars in the rest of that shop. But this is a tractor forum................ I know.
But thanks for the Welcome and while I have had a lot of experience with loaders the backhoe is all new to me. But I'm learning.

just a quick note: put a grease gun to ALL the pivot points and be sure you see grease move. I say this because i found one (on the backhoe , lower swing pin) that the pin did not have a exit hole for the grease. It looked like the bit was broke off in the hole. and it still made its way on to my tractor...

Congrats! You will have a lot of fun while getting a lot of work done. Hope you don't find too much work! Your shop will welcome her and provide an excellent home. I can't wait to see your 3 pt fix. I haven't done mine yet.. Kind of waiting to see what LS puts out vs doing a homemade fix.

I second about the grease zerks. One on my backhoe was blocked by the misshapen housing. It wasn't greased until I ground down the part. It was the only dealer setup not done correctly.
