I finally took the time to build a mower jack to lift the deck up enough to lower the wheels so the deck could be moved around easily. The first one was made with wood. BIG failure. The second one worked but it was a little wobbly.

So I added a stabilizing foot and now it works just as I had envisioned. The handle is about 4' long, the jacking part is about 9" long and welded at 15 degrees and angled back towards the handle. The stabilizing foot is about 8" long.

That's what I like to see. Super job and quick to move. Grab the bar, push down, zip,zip your on the casters and push it out of the way. Thanks bigtiller. I just ordered a 2025r on Monday with the 62d deck and that is very helpful.

I have a dolly that lifts my mower decks up and holds them so you can clean under them and change blades. It is a very simple design and works very well

Knowing nothing about a drive over deck, have patience with my ignorance. So when dropping (unhooking) the deck you first raise the casters so the deck will sit flat on the ground/floor???

Yes , casters raised and deck flat on ground/floor.

I will try to get a pic later today. But for a visual, it has 2 legs with hook like ends to grab the edge of the deck, it rolls on 2 wheels and you slide it under the front of the deck, push the handle to the floor and it pushes the deck up. Very simple. The handle ( lever ) is about 4 feet tall and it is about 2 feet wide and hook legs about 2 feet long. Tires are 8" tall. It weighs about 15-20 pounds
