Backhoe Mounting a KB2375 on my CK30

I have a 2006 CK 30 with the KB2375 backhoe. I always have a bear of a time getting the backhoe on. It always seems to stop sliding about an inch short of where I need it to get to to get the retaining pins in. Any suggestions? I have tried pulling it into place with chains by curling the bucket to the front cross bar, pushing on trees. I just cannot get it to seat most of the time.

That is a very interesting problem. On my ck30HST with a 23/75 back hoe it seems to slip in and out very easy. The only problem I ever had was when bush hogging the receiver had grass in there and wouldn't let the backhoe go all the way in to install the pins. The only other thing I can think of is it needs to be lined up properly, the receiver is bent, or the bar that goes into the receiver is bent. If it is lined up the backhoe should install without much of a problem.

2004 CK30hst with KB2375. Mine usually slides in pretty easy except for two reasons. Like cabin kioti, I had something in the rear receiver channel or the bh frame and tractor are at slightly different angles and the front two receiving slots aren't lined up at the same height. By using the bh stabilyzer legs, I can correct the side to side height and the boom for front to rear height to match the tractor. The tractor mounts are pretty strong and don't see them being bent. Maybe the bh sub frame has a slight twist in it making it hard to line up.

I will look to see if there is any frame twist or obstruction or bent bits. I certainly don't see of these in an obvious state.

Took me forever to get mine mounted the first time,the ground wasnt quite even. It took a lot of jiggin around then it just popped in. Ive left it on since then as I dont want the same song and dance hookin it up again. The controls make it hard to finesse it .
