This last storm (02/18/2014) dumped an additional 12 inches of snow
here in the hills of Candia NH.

The snow removal equipment did themselves proud. The Pronovost
Puma-74 on the Bobcat CT335 worked without a hitch, and the Ariens
walk-behind cleared the paths. Sorry, but no action photos. Here's a
photo of the equipment taking a well deserved rest.

The paths are getting to be a problem, especially if we get much
more snow - I'll have to build an extension for the chute.

With all this snow, I'm waiting for a roof snow removal team
to arrive. I'm getting too old to be tackling that job.

Here's one of Max, out to check out all the noise he's been
hearing during the snow removal operation.

HOLY COW!! Here in S/W Ohio we've had one of the highest snow totals but we don't come anywhere close to what you're showing!! And poor Max!! Ol' Clyde is a Yellow Lab and is a bit bigger than Max and he has a hard enough time doing his thing in the snow.

We don't have a lot of need for roof rakes here, but I did see this one being demo'd on "This Old House" a few weeks ago. It looks pretty easy to use but you would know more about this sort of thing than I do.

I will say that I'm enjoying the 50 degree temps today as I'm watching the snow melt. And tomorrow we're supposed to have a high in the low 60's with the possibility of severe t-storms. What a winter!! :confused2:

The funny thing about Max is when he has to go, he goes down a path that
we've cleared for him, but jumps into the deep snow to do his thing! He moves
around a bit to create a depression and then drops his load.

The temperature reached 40F earlier today, but dropped back to 30 or so. No
melting to be had as it has been cloudy today. Maybe tomorrow!!!

Yep, it's happening again in Epsom, NH.
Started snowing again about an hour ago and another inch is on the ground!
Please, make it stop!

It never quite reached freezing here today and was cloudy. We are getting a bit of snow tonight, probably just enough to make me get the tractor out tomorrow and do some clean up.

Supposed to be 38F tomorrow and mostly sunny. Tonight's low is upper 20's, so it shouldn't take long to get some warmth tomorrow.

The snow is getting a bit tedious and you folks in NH have had more than us. I may have to take some off my roof too.

Been a weird winter. Most of the storms have been coastal or have gone south of us...southern N.H. gets a foot, north country gets 4". Until a couple weeks ago there was almost nothing to snowmobile on...and that's a big contributor to the winter economy of Coos county.

I like snow, no such thing as too much. More seat time!!

It looks like you are getting a lot of snow. I would not mind it in Nebraska. :)
