Here is a Montana 4944HST in action! The pictures show a PTO powered snow blower (Meteor) blowing compacted snow over a fence. The thing ran like a dream!!! The PTO appears to be electric and we were able to engage the PTO at full rpm and it was as smooth as glass. Great tractor!

PS The hydraulic top link is very nice.

I love that stuff. Seems that big brute tractor could handle a much larger snowblower. Great pictures, crisp and clear. Thanks!

Thanks Bob for posting the photos! The machine worked great! I was surprised to see how high the snow was blowing...on the machine it didn't seem that high. Maybe I'll have to take IH3444's advise and borrow your snowblower and give it a whirl :D

Any time! And even better, let us to a comparison side by side?? I would love to attack some of the same piles with your Montana doing the same snow plies! We could get done much faster??

When I was using my snow blower, I had no idea how high it was blowing. It looked like (when I was using my blower) that it was 10 feet only. My wife said it was much farther.

There is only one tiny issue I have with the pics... just because the ROPS fold, doesn't mean you should run it that way....:D

Yep, Onsight (ken) the operator was waiting for some sharp eyed fellow to ding him on that. Surface was level asphalt and he was traveling at 12 inches a minute. Risk assessment done showed "zero".

And those in glass houses shouldn't throw stones.... it's just that no one has the film proof of my transgressions...:D I certainly agree the risk factor was zero there...
