Montana 3940 HST Running Hot

Hello all,
Can anyone give me a suggestion as to why my 3940 HST is running hot? The antifreeze is good, relatively new thermostat and I blow the radiator out. It seems this tractor has always run hot. I am mainly pulling a 6 foot finish mower.
I appreciate any help or suggestions.

Make sure air filter is not clogged.
