Montana 3040 Guages not working, no glow plugs

Hey all. Trying to help someone troubleshoot their Montana 3040. Turn the ignition switch, no ticking from glow plug heater, dash gauges not working, etc. Turn signals work.

Prior to this happening, a new knife edge was welded onto the bucket and it is assumed the tractor was not grounded during the welding process.

Any guesses as to what could be the problem or the correct path to troubleshoot if this is a fuse/relay, etc?

I pulled all the fuses and the contacts seemed a little corroded. Seems like that may have been the issue and the welding part was just coincident.
