OK,

I got serious and the 300 HP Franklin rolled onto the property this morning. :thumbsup:

They fired it up and got started and almost immediately it broke & threw a tool holder and they had to take it back for a new one to be welded on.

They came back about 4pm and got started again and this baby REALLY eats trees... We will finish Thursday afternoon.

I got home after dark, pics of progress tomorrow (I hope).

I also got some video, but they are in a HD format or something and I cannot figure out how to post them and view them outside of my camcorder's software.

This thing REALLY makes my tractor feel small...

The last blurry pic is the broken tool holder...

They have TWO! yesterday, after tool holder broke, he told me the other one had a bering go out, and the parts shipped in was wrong, and he had "A Million Dollars worth of equipment Idle"

If the equipment is 20 times the price, it had better be 20 times the size!

He parked it mext to mine last night when he left (he will be back Thursday PM), and I moved my Kioti to it's normal parking spot so it would not feel inferior!:laughing:

That doesn't surprise me. A Bobcat track loader (tracked skidsteer) with their little mulcher is $100K (or was a couple of years ago). Rental was $2000/week.
