model 51 loader + 755?

Does anyone know if a model 51 loader will fit on a 755?

A 70 loader was what came with this tractor. You might still be able to find one of these. Not too long ago we found one in NY. Ask your dealer to check the Deere Intranet.

The 51 loader was made for the smaller 655 tractor and was later replaced by the 60 loader. The 755's orginally had the 52 loader which was replaced in the late 80's by the 70 loader. The 60 and 70 loaders are quick attach but I'm not sure if the 51/52 were.

I see there is 51 loader up on Ebay (from McGrew). They say it should fit on a 755 but I don't think it will. The 655 had a much smaller frame compared to the 755. You should really ask a dealer to confirm.

Don't want to steal the thread, but I have an 855 and am also looking for a front end loader (the 855 already has all of the hydraulics). Was the 70 loader the one that also came on the 855?

I think either a model 70 or model 70A loader will fit on the 855. There may also factory retrofit kits to mount newer JD loaders on the 855.
