Mobil DTE heavy oil iso 100

I'm looking for a little help. I've told to use Mobil DTE heavy oil iso 100 in a piece of equipment I need to service but will only need a small amount so di not wish to buy a huge amount that I can see for sale on the web. I know nothing about oils so is there something else I can use. I have found another iso 100 oil but do not know if they will match up. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

not a good idea being iso 100 doesn't necessarily mean that the other characteristics match just within the mobil brand there are several dte oils that are different from each other with that designation. to shorten it up check the other characteristics on the label make sure they match
