Tractor
LS MT125
Hey guys. I would swear that I was a member here, but forum would not retrieve my info.
Oh well, new tractor, new membership.
I just got an MT125, with loader and MMM..... debated long and hard on the BH, just couldn't justify it.
Is there a way to pin the MMM and have it stay up when you use the 3 point attachments?
I'd hate to remove it every time I want to use something else

Thanks,
Tookie

Check your manual, page 3-17, Item (4). There's a knob under the front of the seat to deal with that.

I tried that, it holds the deck up, but it also limits how far the arms descend on 3 point

Should be the other knob, mower height adjuster knob. It is more vertical, offset to the left a little.

Oh, and congrats on getting a great little workhorse! Don't forget about pics....we all love pics...

I haven't had mine long enough yet to say for sure what each knob does without looking at them. I just know that after the mowing season ended and before I removed the deck, one of the two knobs caused the deck to stay up while I still had control of the 3 point arms.

Yes, the other knob controls the lowering speed.
Somebody check this please... lower your 3 point all the way, take note of the height.
Raise them, adjust MMM deck height all the way up, the lower 3 point, and see how far it goes.
I didn't try it with an implement attached, maybe the weight will bring it down more, but I
did have a quick hitch on it, arm stop probably 5 - 6 inches higher

I am gonna regret not getting BH for a long time, but being honest, I have two or three little jobs to do
with it, then it would be sitting under the lean to for months at a time... until friends found out I had it ;)
....the MMM I hope will allow me to eliminate the riding mower, giving me one less thing to maintain

Weight makes a difference. There is no down pressure, only release of up pressure (if that makes sense). Put your foot on one of the arms to see if they go lower.
