Looking for some expert advice here.....
Pulled a good (funny for others) move by starting and moving my Compact while installing a backhoe.....unfortunately didn't cap the 2 "hoe" hoses and noticed the long puddle following me after about 20 feet.....probably lost 1/2 of the 32 quarts.
tractor came with the "gold" fluid, all I had was the "red" fluid.....seems to be OK but is this forbidden mixing fluids? I only have 13 hours on the tractor. Should I be safe and just flush the whole system or am I OK?
thanks!

At 13 hours I would drain and change the fluid and filters, and consider it your 'early' 50 hour maintenance. It avoids the fluid compatibility issue, and also saves money from adding fluid now, and changing the fluid in 37 hours.

I agree.. with that much fluid loss.. I've change... if it was a top off issue.. i wouldn't have worried about it much..
