Mitsubishi MT1601 hydraulic problems

Okay guys im new to the site so dont bash me if this has been discussed before.. I have a Mitz MT1601 "not the 1601D" unsure what the differences are.. "would like to know though" My hydraulic system don't work at all. Ive cleaned the filter/screen changed the fluid "hydraulic fluid was milky but clean" Refilled with hydraulic fluid. Checked inlet pipe to the pump and outlet for clogs and seem to be clear and clean.. I don't hear any hydraulic whine or any noise for the hydraulics. The tractor only has a 3-point hitch with no other attachments. I think the pump has quit but I cant find any information about the pump and any diagrams for tear down and rebuild. And could someone by chance tell me which other models my 1601 is close to.. I downloaded a owners/operator manual for a MT160/MT180
and everything seems really close to them unsure what the differences are. Any help and pointers with this tractor would be great.

i have checked out valley power website. has some good info but really didnt explain what mite be happening to me on my tractor. I have a good idea the pump quit but would like to know if this is common to these tractors. And what parts are common weak points. I have got a pdf service manual for the 160/180 tractors and have noticed that it does not show the on/off knob on the hydraulic control. kinda wondering how it works and what does it do? I have ran the tractor with the knobs in all different configurations with no luck. I have disconnected the pressure side of the pump and did not have any fluid coming out of it. And the pickup side of the pump is clean and clear. filter is clean and new fluid with it slightly over full. The pump I think I may have broke the input shaft or sheered a key/pin "unsure on how it is actually driven" that drives the pump. Any pointers would be helpful.
