Mitsubishi 180d. Engine Oil

I want to change the Engine Oil on my Mitsubishi 180d Tractor, it's a 3cyl 18hp, what Oil would you recommend ? I live in Cornwall. UK

I also own a MT180D.
Any modern diesel rated oil will be OK, be it synthetic or multi grade.

10W30 or 40 be ok ?

General purpose in moderate temperature zone would like 10 W 30.
40 weight is for areas that would see a lot of high temps.
