Misubishi MT3201D transmiaaion input shaft bearing

I think the input shaft bearing on my MT3201D is going out (load gear whine in all gears and in neutral with the clutch out). Anybody have any idea what's involved with changing one out?

I'm guessing you'll have to split the tractor but for really good specific information check in with Valley Power in Roanoke, VA. They were my be all, end all when I had my Mitsubishi.

Yup, it's a split. Change the clutch plate at the same time unless you want to split your tractor again soon.

Although what makes you think it is the bearing? I take it you already tried to adjust your linkage?
