Missing Cylinder Angle Bracket for Woods LR700

I wish to add a hydraulic cylinder to my Woods LR-700 Landscape Rake. I have everything except part 20453, which is the mounting bracket for the hydraulic cylinder. Woods no longer has this part and I have been unable to locate one.

Wondering what my options are? Are there any other Landscape Rake or Rear Blades that use a similar type bracket? Unfortunately, I am not a welder.

That looks like a home mechanic with a welder could knock that out in an hour or two. I’d hire a local welder or fabrication shop to whip that up for you. Their are even mobile welders out there if you can’t get the rake to town.
