Middle PTO not turning

My belt on the mower deck broke and therefore I had to remove it and replace the belt. At the same time I replaced the blades and did the proper lubrication, After reinstalling the deck I can't make the middle PTO turn. When I put it in the rear and middle position, the rear will turn but the middle will not. When I put it in the center PTO only it will cause the selection lever to jump out of position.

Any help would be appreciated.
