mid mount mower hydraulic lift

I am in the process of installing the optional hydraulic lift on my 855. The directions look fairly simple. The question I have is it looks as if the lines tee into the same lines as the SVC lines that my loader hooks into. I realize most people take loader off when they mow so should vot be an issue. Shoukd I put the loader on and not remove deck it looks as if the mower deck will be goin up and down every time i would use loader. I didn't see a bypass valve to turn so I am sssuming this is what will happen. Im no expert so just looking for advise from those who have both on your 855. Thanks

I think your right, my 2305 has hydraulic indepent lift to raise and lower the deck. The diverter valve is what makes the mmm move without the loader.

You could leave the loader on and just disconnect the lines.

On my 755 I simply set the mower height knob to full up, which prevents the mower from dropping. I can then use the loader without the mower going up nd down. Since the mower lift runs off the same circuit as the bucket curl, there is a place on the loader where you cn insert a set of pins to prevent the bucket from curling, and this lets you mow with the loader on without the bucket curling and dumping when you want to raise and lower the mower.

Thanks for the info. That will make thing alot easier than taken off the deck or loader evrytime.

I almost always remove the loader when mowing, because it's so easy to do and it's one less thing to watch out for when mowing close to things. But removing and reinstalling the mower deck is a pain.
