MF220 Backhoe Problem... Need a suggestion

My swing cylinder has started to leak. MF220 on a 1961 MF203. I've had the engine rebuilt and it has new lines, tires... pretty much everything.

Question is, how much can I expect to pay to rebuild the swing cylinder and does anyone have a recommendation for a repair site in the Dundee area of Michigan? I use the tractor on my property and there is no way for me to repair it there.
