I have a MF203, SN JDM659002940 (Made in Detroit per SN plate). I have been fixing things little by little and when I got the tractor a few years ago. It has an electric fuel pump (from autozone in the general merchandise area) instead of the lift pump. Sometimes the hose clamp leaks so I would like to rebuild the lift pump and start using that again. I can find the lift pump kits but they state different engine SN ranges for different kits. Problem is that I cannot find the SN for the engine. There is a nameplate on the top right hand side with AD3.152. There are other numbers that are cast or stamped into engine but none seem to be the right format, see below.
- 37786300 - raised Numbers just to the right of the engine nameplate
- GKN 1842?? - Cast (engine left) Bottom right of the left side
- 2377992 - Stamped, top left of left hand side of engine
- 37111450X - Cast, middle of left hand side of engine
Fuel pump - C.A.V. [DPA 323 0080 MOD] [SET MW49/850/6/21xx] [SER R17604 OH] (Where xx are 2 numbers that have rust over them)
