MF1532, L100 bucket cylinder parts kit

Does anyone out there have any suggestions to source aftermarket seal kits for the bucket cylinders on the MF L100 loader? The OEM parts include an O-ring and I have heard that the O-rings are usually the cause of internal bypass leading to the bucket drift issues. I'm having a hard time cross referencing the part numbers. The cylinders are P/N SL103382 (casting #031101) and the seal kit P/N is 71516571.
