As I was changing the fuel filter on my mf1240 I noticed the fuel filter housing was slightly leaking. At first I thought it was the O ring which I was going to replace anyways with the new filter.
After installing the new filter I primed the fuel and..... Fuel gushed out.
I tighten the bowl a bit more but then noticed the fuel line itself coming out of the filter housing on top going forward came out completely ! I was able to push it back in but it seems way too easy to come loose like that. Is this supposed to come out so easy ? Can I fix it or should I just get a new housing all together?
Any good place for a replacement?
