There is as MF RD900 PHD for sale in my area but I can't find the pto HP requirement so I don't know if my Ford 8N will handle it. I have just about worn out my keyboard searching. Anyone have any suggestions?

PHDs are rated at max HP for the gearbox. Other than that you are on your own. They don't require much HP though & the HP requirements are based off augur size & how hard of ground you are working.
Personally I wouldn't worry about it unless you are spinning an augur bigger than an 18". If you have issues just tighten up your rate of descent knob on the 3pt & go slower.
