I have a MF 35 and I think it is time to adjust the valves. The engine was rebuilt about three years ago and it doesnt get used much. Maybe 100 hours since the rebuild. It runs great but I figured it was time. How do you go about adjusting the valves and how often should you do it?

**** I'm sorry, I completely forgot the good stuff. Its a Z-134a continental 4 cylinder gasoline engine.
I was also wondering where to get the steering box seals. The seals just behind the pitman arms on either side. One person suggested filling it with grease to prevent leaks but I wasn't sure if that was a good way to fix the problem. I've looked everywhere and can't find them. Any insight?
