MF 283 steering cylinder

My cylinder is leaking I'm want to rebuild it but the problem is I cant unscrew the bushings out it's a 1605121M92 cylinder there is a item called a ring and you can see it from a hole on the side the cylinder does this lock in the bushing? If so how to get it out?
